Customer Service Support/Supervisor – Fluent English/Japanese

We are looking for Customer Service Specialists and Supervisors fluent in English and Japanese as you’ll work remotely for a fast-growing iGaming company focused on providing the greatest customer experience with huge opportunities for growth. We are looking for passionate customer care minded people to join our wonderful team bringing our i-gaming platform to the next level.

Core Responsibilities Include:
– Answering customer emails, and web chat in a timely manner by staying on top of your assigned tickets
– Offering valuable support and information to existing customers
– Attend ongoing training to improve your skills & abilities as the company grows

What We’re Looking For:
– Fluent in English & Japanese
– Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
– Prior customer service experience
– Have appropriate remote work set-up – such as quiet space, stable internet connection, and a back-up location in case of issues with the primary location.
– Able to multitask and respond to several customer inquiries at the same time via web chat
– Have strong reading, writing and communication skills
– Technologically savvy
– Able to work full-time flexible hours on weekdays & weekends
