Customer Service Expert


Job Description:The Customer Service Expert is the primary source of contact for our clients TELUS Communications. This is a critical role as our customers are often needing assistance in getting information about our client’s services and products. The Customer Service Expert plays a vital role in customer acquisition and satisfaction through friendly, helpful communication. Responsibilities: -Build rapport and present our client’s service package to customers. -Enter customer sales order into the system, verify pricing and confirm the order back to the customer. -Be a brand ambassador when interacting with customers face to face on a daily basis What we are looking for: -Must be well spoken and can assist customers in a professional manner. -Quick thinkers. Applicants must be able to improvise by trying to offer different plans to our customers. -Must be quick to learn. -We have a ZERO tolerance policy for unprofessionalism in the office and towards our customers. Requirements: No prior experience needed. You must be responsible, professional, punctual and possess a welcoming attitude. Must be 18 years or older to pass a criminal background check.
