Job Description:The Finance Team is currently looking for a Credit Administrator to join the Head Office! This is a full-time position with extended health and dental benefits. What will you do:Send payment reminders and account statements to overdue customers Clean up existing AR database Assign coding and categories to customers to facilitate collectionsResearch various functions in Securiguard’s accounting software to facilitate collectionsRespond to customers inquiries and follow up with payments in a timely mannerCoordinate with the Finance and the Operations team to resolve invoicing issues Weekly review of collections progress with the VP of FinanceCross-train in billing and APWork collaboratively with members of the Finance team. This may include sharing duties, providing coverage, and adjusting responsibilities given the volume of workOther duties as assigned by the Director or VP of Finance What will you bring:Diploma or degree in accountingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented and accurate in data entry and managementStrong Microsoft Office Excel skillsAbility to problem-solve, organize, exercise judgment, and make decisions Securiguard is an equal opportunity employer, and we value the diversity of our staff.
