We currently have an exciting opportunity for a CPM Implementation Consultant based in BC. The CPM Implementation Consultant is responsible for ensuring that the client projects assigned to them are delivered on time and on budget in accordance with the agreed upon scope. The primary solution responsibilities will include reporting, business intelligence and budgeting solutions managed within our Corporate Performance Management team. Following The Answer Company implementation methodology, the CPM Implementation Consultant works independently and/or as part of a team to analyze, design, document, configure, validate, train, and execute on the delivery of the CPM solutions to meet the clients’ specific operational and financial requirements. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to determine their needs for an effective information system solution; Objective analysis and documentation of clients’ reporting requirements, and strategic goals; Assist in determining requirements for projects, assess environments and develop blueprint documents, design specs, statements of work, and project schedules; Participate on project teams and/or lead teams to achieve desired outcomes based on scope definition; Analyze, design, configure, and implement systems and processes that meet client needs; Work in a collaborative team environment providing training and ongoing technical support to clients; Build and maintain strong customer relationships ensuring superior customer service. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or college diploma Information Systems or Finance/Accounting/Business Administration; Minimum 1-3 years of software implementation experience in the SMB space—either CPM, reporting, business intelligence, data analytics or budgeting solutions; Accounting knowledge and practical operations experience with standard business practices related to AR, AP, GL, Financial Reporting and Consolidation; Proficiency in report creation with Excel; Knowledge and experience with SQL is highly desirable; Goal oriented with strong organization and time management skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; Excellent relationship building skills and consultative advisory ability; Active listener with the ability to translate customer needs to PM and Development team; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Willingness to travel periodically/as needed.
