Closing Line Cook

As a line cook you will be responsible for maintaining and delivering and building upon existing brand standards for our culinary program. With your previous restaurant experience, eye for consistency and attention to small details, you will help us to deliver picture perfect plates every time. You are the ambassador of food quality, food safety and maintaining a safe and clean working environment for our teams and our guests.

Ability to work on a flexible schedule, as business dictates; evenings, weekends and holidays.

Working Conditions:
Must be available to work evenings, holidays and weekends as business dictates
Long periods of standing, walking and talking
Exposure to extremely hot and cold temperatures from equipment
Lifting up to 50lbs
Exposure to potential food allergens; shellfish, fish, nuts
Tips per hour 3-8$
