Job Description:Client Success Manager We’re growing! Revenue Accelerator delivers a predictable sales engine for B2B companies with clients ranging in the tech and professional service industries. Our focus is on sales process optimization, message development, and performance-based lead generation. We want to empower founders and leaders to control their growth, and ultimately their destiny. This can be a remote position for the right person outside the Calgary or Vancouver areas. We’re looking for an awesome individual to join our client success team. Client Success Managers are an important part of the team. They are the champion for the client while managing the behind the scenes activity, and sometimes take matters into their own hands to achieve results. Responsibilities Client onboarding, weekly check-ins, problem-solving as required, strive to provide value at every interaction Establish a deep understanding of client needs with the goal of providing exceptional customer success Ensure established processes and procedures are adhered to Act as liaison to and between internal teams and client Manage all client projects and communications through internal project management software Create, manage and refine campaigns based on data and feedback Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results Requirements University degree, or combined education and experience Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a Customer Success/Account Management or transferable customer service roles, with a strong preference for B2B experience History of increasing client satisfaction, adoption, and retention Strong client relationship building skills including empathy, humility, adaptability, poise and persuasiveness Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with strong judgement, excellent follow through Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Resilient, and thrives in a multi-tasking, start-up environment and can adjust priorities & solve problems on-the-fly while managing a diverse and full workload Success-driven with an entrepreneurial, and self-starter approach Sense of urgency to achieve results for your clients Experience working on a remote team is a huge bonus Ability to establish and maintain processes and procedures Comfortable with technology (specifically, SaaS project management software, Google Suite) A sense of curiosity Hours of Operations & Location requirements Monday- Friday, MST/PST How to apply Please apply with a cover letter, resume and salary expectations.
