Job Description:Miles HR has an opportunity for an experienced Client Service Representative to provide guidance and advice to clients for a high profile business organization. This 3 month contract opportunity is best suited to someone with experience in banking or entrepreneurship. You will be provided with training and support and this will be working at a downtown Vancouver office location with full BC Health Covid-19 regulations in place. Work from home is a high possibility once trained.About the Role:Provide phone and online resources support for inbound client inquiriesProvide input and content for digital and automated client facing resourcesProvide information and supportive communication for clientsEntering client information and communication into SalesforceReview client history as requiredProvide outstanding, supportive and solutions oriented client servicesQuick learner with a broad scope of business acumen Working with tight deadlines and confidential informationAbility to work under pressureAbout You:Minimum 2 years excelling in customer service, preferably in a corporate settingDegree or Diploma in Business AdministrationExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent listening skillsStrong computer skills, MS Office, Word, Excel, OutlookExperience working with a CRM preferably SalesforceCalm under pressureProven problem solver and a passion for customer service Bilingual Farsi, Mandarin, Punjabi or Korean an asset This is an excellent Monday – Friday 9-5 opportunity for approximately 3 months.
