Class 1 Truck Driver/Forklift Operator – Vancouver

Randstad is looking for dynamic Class 1 drivers and certified forklift operators. Duties will include the loading and delivery of cardboard boxing materials throughout the Lower Mainland whilst operating a tractor truck and pulling a dry van. A Class 1 license is required.

Applicants should possess demonstrable experience and knowledge in the following areas:

• Operating a tractor trailer combination with manual transmission and air brakes ideally within the equipment rental, sales or related industries
• Operating a wide range of mobile equipment such as forklifts
• Mechanical aptitude or skills
• Excellent geographical knowledge of lower mainland
• Safe driving record
• Team Player
• Self-motivated
• Smart appearance and physically fit

NOTE: Copy of drivers abstract must accompany resume or will not be considered.

Qualifications
– 2-3 years of previous warehouse experience
– Sit down Counter balance forklift certification
– Good computer skills
