Job Description:Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:Responsible for follow up of all emails and tickets sent to the customer service deskResponsible for verification of clients, orders and returnsCollecting and managing information regarding orders, issues and productsInvestigate, research and resolve, make recommendations for resolution of problems and issues that may ariseResponsible for day to day communication with physical stores in other countriesRepresenting the company in a professional and caring manner, and demeanor and employing honesty, and ethical methods of performing dutiesCompliance with all company procedures for customer service when dealing with clients, handling complaints, and other duties necessary to insure quality service levelsMaintaining confidentiality of company information, including details of clients names and addresses and other such information Required Experience / Competencies / EducationExcellent customer service skillsStrong computer aptitude, especially in MS OfficeGood oral and written skills in English & Spanish (native Spanish speaking is preferred)Strong analytical and problem solving skillsTyping speed — minimum 30 wpm (must be able to handle phone calls and enter data at the same time)Ability to adapt to constantly-changing policies and procedures and an evolving business modelCompany Description:Impact Recruiting Partners, founded in 2019 by two former colleagues, leverages a unique passion for driving industry success and IMPACTING lives thru Team Building & Recruiting!
