What will you do?
As a Systems Analyst with our Downtown Vancouver client, you will:
•Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
•Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for underperforming areas.
•Document technical solutions to identified problems.
•Engage in design and impact assessments.
•Contribute to planning and implementation for new applications and systems.
•Perform configuration of application components.
•Apply in depth knowledge of applications to drive resolution of cross-application troubleshooting or problem-solving across teams and system.
•Engage with engineers to design/configure solutions.
How do you qualify?
To qualify for the Systems Analyst role with our Downtown Vancouver client, you must have:
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent.
•3-5 years’ systems analysis experience.
•2-3 years’ experience with application configuration.
•2-3 years’ experience with documentation, troubleshooting and system integration.
•Able to collaborate with technology and business users
•Has written integration mapping documentation and understands data architecture concepts
•Scrum product owner role experience to be able to write user stories
•Elicit business requirements to transform into technical specs/documentation
•Critical thinking and problem solving skills to navigate fast paced projects
•Proactive and has initiative to go above and beyond, independent worker and team playerSupply chain knowledge is an asset
What additional experience do you bring?
To be considered for the Systems Analyst role with our Downtown Vancouver client, it’s nice to have:
•Experience in Trade, Compliance, and Inbound logistics area.
