What will you do?
As a Business Analyst with our Downtown Vancouver client, you will:
•Partner with brand/community and internal IT teams to define business requirements.
•Lead/facilitate planning and requirements eliciting.
•Analyze designs, execute configuration changes, and create test cases.
•Implement planning and support loyalty program.
•Influence teams to define, prioritize requirements and user stories.
•Provide project management support.

How do you qualify?
To qualify for the Business Analyst role with our Downtown Vancouver client, you must have:
•3-5 years’ business analysis experience.
•2-3 years’ experience with system integration, digital projects and CRM.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Proficiency in MS office (Excel), Visio.
•Familiarity with eCommerce, large website builds, Omni-channel, and mobile.
•Loyalty programs and retail experience an asset.
