Job Description:New Value Solutions is a growing IT consulting firm searching for a dynamic individual who can “wear many hats”, working as a part of an existing team. The job will primarily be bookkeeping and also act as a trusted assistant to the President. The successful candidate will also be the benefits administrator and assist with some HR responsibilities. Accounting / bookkeeping, however, is the primary responsibility. Job Responsibilities:Manage payroll and benefits.Maintain and improve upon bookkeeping policies and procedures.Maintains accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.Balances accounts by reconciling entries.Maintains historical records by filing documents.Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.Perform office administration duties including executive assistant.Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of information.
