We require the services of a mature, outgoing individual with office experience to work with our Office Manager as Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant. This is a part-time position (approximately 5 hours per day, 5 days a week). Fluent in English is necessary and proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required. Knowledge of bookkeeping and posting invoices to Sage Accounting Software would also be beneficial. Good computer skills, data processing and experience with MS Office is required. Previous work in a warehousing environment will be helpful but not necessary. This is an ideal position for a retired or semi-retired Office Administrator.
