BIM Sales Associate; BIM Technical Engineer

Position 1: Sales Associate (Quebec, Ontario, Alberta, BC)
Responsibilities:
1. Good knowledge in construction industry, especially BIM technology for contractors and consultants;
2. Develop and acquire new customer from our target market segment (Contractors, Consultants and developers) over telephone, e-mail and outdoor visiting;
3. In-depth knowledge on BIM products in construction market while liaising with client would be advantageous;
4. Provide sales and basic service support to identify potential clients and develop new accounts;
5. Keeping up good relationship with existing and new clients;
6. Make appointment and demonstrate our excellent BIM software presentations for customers;
7. Excellent in negotiation and follow-up skills;
8. Provide pre-sales our BIM software consultant and after-sales support for our BIM software implementation;
9. Generate weekly sales report for management;
10. Undertake tasks assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
1. Degree with minimum 1 year of sales or B2B experience in AEC (architecture, engineering and construction) software industry;
2. Preferably with AEC industry experience candidates and QS background, entry level candidates are welcomed;
3. Good knowledge in construction industry, especially BIM technology for contractors and consultants;
4. Highly sales-driven and confident self-motivated;
5. Pro-active and ability to work independently;
6. Practice integrity and high dedication;
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
8. Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities;
9. Live with positive vibes, most importantly willing to take action with “CAN DO” attitude;
10. Take initiative to understand the in-depth knowledge on our in-house products as well as other products in the market while liaising with client.

Position 2: BIM Technical Engineer (Quebec, Ontario, Alberta, BC)
Responsibilities:
1. Master BIM software including but not limited to operational functions, real project usage, true values to target customer etc.;
2. Business support trips;
3. Independent pre-sales product demo and independent after-sales product training;
4. Learn and understand the BIM trend in construction market; understand the demand and pain points of our target customers;
5. Real project guidance service with BIM to users (after-sales service);
6. Public technical speech if needed regarding BIM and Digital Building;
7. Other duties assigned by Business Development Director.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree with the major of AEC, QS, or IT;
2. Minimum 1 year working experience in AEC, QS, BIM consultant, software sales or project management; entry level candidates are welcomed;
3. Great willing to master BIM software and provide the training;
4. High sense of responsibility;
5. Strong communication skills.
