Bakery Recipe Mixer – Production Facility – Night Shift (PM) – Delta

Do you have food manufacturing experience? To you enjoy detail orientated tasks? Do you have previous experience as a mixer? IF so we have the position for you!

We have an excellent opportunity for a Full-Time Mixer for our AM shifts. The Mixers follow strict recipes and procedures and use computerized equipment to batch and mix ingredients for cake production.

The Relief Mixer’s responsibilities include:
-Adhere to production guidelines specification sheets, task sheets, and recipes to produce high-quality cakes and desserts
-Enforcing standard operating procedures for all recipe formulations and department specifications
-Set-up and preparation and cleanliness of the mixing area
-Uphold our BRC (British Retail Consortium) commitments to ensure the food safety and quality

Qualifications
-Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including working in production when not working in mixing.
-Attention to detail and accuracy
-Strong communication skills
-Exceptional attendance history
-Ability to comfortably lift up to 60 lbs
-Understanding of weights & measures
-Ability to work 10.5 + hours shifts
