About your role We work smart in a fun, competitive, and high-energy inside sales environment, and we’re currently looking for candidates to join our thriving auto sales team. We’re looking for a bright, energetic professional who excels at building relationships and crushing quotas! As Auto Sales Executive, you’ll be connecting with prospects daily and selling cars from the comfort of our downtown office. Your responsibilities include: Closing leads online and over the phoneBuilding expertise on all of Canada Drives products and programsListening and identifying the customer’s needs before advising the customer on an educated solution tailored to their circumstances. Meeting and exceeding sales quotas. These quotas are reasonable, achievable, and lucratively rewarded! What you’ll need to succeed:At least 3 years of relative sales experience. This is your jam. You have a proven track record of crushing quotas and hitting sales targets out of the ballpark.VSA License. You’ve completed the course administered by the Vehicle Sales Authority of British Columbia and you’re licensed to sell.Strong communication skills. Whether talking or typing, you know how to deliver a powerful message.Powerful people skills. You are an active listener and charismatic talker who is easily relatable and able to strike up a conversation with anyone.Self-motivated & results-driven attitude. You’ve got an unstoppable work ethic and an innate determination to win.You’re a creative problem-solver. You know how to think on your feet and adapt to daily curveballs.Professional-but-fun personality. You take your work seriously but you don’t take yourself too seriously.A mindset that embraces a fast pace of change. You know how to go with the flow in a fast-paced/high-volume environment.A positive, can-do attitude.
