Administrative Support – Delta

Our client in the construction industry in Delta, BC is looking for an administrator to help with daily operations.

This location is difficult by transit, so having access to a vehicle is a major asset.

The individual will be in charge of:

-answering phones
-coordinating between departments
-keeping the office organized
-sorting through data
-inputting data

-temporary to permanent position

-excellent computer skills
-strong written and verbal communication skills
-good at multi-tasking and prioritising
-great listening skills
-excellent customer service
-positive attitude
-hard working
-problem-solving attitude
