The Location

The Position
What you do will significantly help others to be effective in their roles. The Administrative Services Supervisor is a key position, both internally and regionally, and is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative functions relating to the Parks, Recreation and Culture department. You will be involved in everything from recreation software configuration and maintenance, program registration, facility bookings, preparation of reports and marketing materials, regional partner collaboration, to the supervision and direction of all Parks, Recreation, and Culture administrative staff.

The Requirements
We want you to be successful in your role. To ensure success we’ll need you to have a diploma in Business Administration or related discipline and at least three years’ recent relevant experience with more than one year successfully supervising staff.
