Job Description:About the Ideal Administrative & Executive Assistant:You possess excellent communication and organizational skills and are tech-savvy. You have experience in an administrative environment and if you have worked for a tech company that’s a big plus! This role is a combination of administrative tasks and executive assistance. Other great benefits that we offer include:Full medical, dental & extended healthCasual officeGym membershipRRSP matching programBeer & wine on Fridays Responsibilities:Provide professional administrative support to the CEO & COO, including scheduling and preparing for meetings (distribute agendas, send Zoom invites or book meeting spaces, take meeting notes and minutes), booking travel arrangements, preparing and submitting expense reports/credit card reconciliations, and assisting with various correspondenceAssisting with invoice requests and billing via Stripe, QBO and HubspotAP/AR supportResearching and assisting in the preparation of grant applicationsCommission management General office management tasks (vendor management, schedule cleanings, ordering of supplies) Staff event organization (both in-person, online and retreats)Other duties as required. Required Skills and Experience:5+ years of related administrative experienceAbility to use initiative and self-managing skills to work independently with minimal direction and respond effectively to issues that ariseAbility to effectively partner with all levels of the business and develop/sustain cooperative working relationships with internal staff, clients, and external contacts. Adapt to different communication stylesExcellent command of the English languageComfortable on the phone and dealing with customers/accounts payable departments Ability to quickly grow within our evolving companyHubspot, Stripe, Office 365, Zoom, and QBO experience preferredAbout PrevuePrevue HR is more than a software company.
