Administrative Corporate Service

Our client is looking to add a strong confident administrator to their growing team. They are looking for someone eager to grow and learn on the job. Who can adapt and prioritize and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The role of the Corporate Support Administrator will be to provide general admin support in all areas of corporate services. Please see below for more info regarding the open position.

Duties include but not limited to:

• COMPLIANCE/INVESTMENT
o Branch Manager admin support
o Compliance Documents – submissions to Head Office
o Marketing Approvals – tracking and reporting

• ACCOUNTING
o General Manager admin support
o Bank deposits
o Insurance commission statement – reconciliation
o Central invoicing for client fees – creation and tracking
o Central tax filing – Efiling and Represent A Client administration
o Update GIC rate spreadsheets

• OFFICE/IT/CLIENT EXPERIENCE
o Back-up for the receptionist (breaks and absences)
o Assist with corporate events & marketing initiatives
o Assist with general admin tasks (ie. Iron Mountain storage, supply ordering, paper
restocking + more)
o New staff orientation coordination and packages
o Back up to IT Administrator (absences)

• CORPORATE TEAM
o Electronic and physical filing of documents
o Provide back-office support to advisor teams
o Assist with company manual upkeep
o Training staff
o Assist in special projects (as needed)
o Provide support to company committee(s)

Qualifications
• Financial industry knowledge and experience is an asset
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook and Word
