Job Description:Opportunity The team at Debrand (www.debrand.ca) is looking to bring on a new Account Manager with strong project management skills to help support the exciting growth of our business. We are a small group of passionate entrepreneurs with over 13 years of experience servicing the apparel and textile industry. You may be a customer-oriented Project Manager or detail-oriented Account Manager; this hybrid role spans both sides of the organization. You will play a key role in keeping our Business Development and Operations teams working seamlessly together while interacting with and providing exceptional service to our trusted and long-standing clients. The successful candidate will be excellent at planning and analyzing the business, while communicating internally with stakeholders and externally with customers. They must be able to keep projects on time while helping to grow current and new accounts as we expand our services to new prospects through-out North America. As with most entrepreneurial companies, the role may shift and change quickly as we pivot to keep the needs of our clients as a top priority. Core Responsibilities and Duties – Account ManagerManage in-bound customer inquiries with exceptional service (phone and email)Optimize and update customer relationship management platforms (CRM/Hubspot)Support business development team with client presentations and proposalsManage all aspects of the customer onboarding process, including: Capture key project milestones and ensure they are met on time; Manage client interaction for onboarding documents and requirement; Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timing and follow through; Update systems to ensure company-wide visibilityProvide administration and budget tracking support when requiredCreate and manage quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs)Develop updated customer reporting and service agreementsParticipate in and improve upon brand marketing activitiesBe the right-hand man/woman to the business development team Education and Experience 3+ years Sales and/or Project Management experienceCollege or University Degree preferredExperience with Project Management tools (Eg.
