We are looking for a hardworking, committed, experienced Handyperson to join our fun, innovative and diverse team.

The successful candidate will provide basic onsite residential repair services as coordinated by our property managers.

Skills required:

o Basic electrical
o Basic plumbing
o Basic carpentry experience (fence and gate repairs, door frames etc.)
o Some knowledge regarding tile work (grout tiles)

Additional requirements:
o A valid drivers license is mandatory for this position
o Access and use of a reliable vehicle is mandatory for this position
o Outstanding customer service skills – able to communicate professionally with people from all walks of life
o Flexible, friendly and have a professional attitude and appearance
o Excellent written and verbal communication
o Computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, and general PC understanding
o Understanding of how to use an iPhone

Own basic tools for:
o Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry
o Lock replacement
o Painting
o Minor drywall repairs
o Basic electrical repairs, fixture replacement
o Basic appliance repairs and or troubleshooting
o Tile repair, caulking, grouting

Offered compensation:
o 24 to 32 hours/week
o $20/hour to start, plus mileage reimbursement
o iPhone for company use
o Extended benefits may be available after probation
