OPEN POSITIONS: Currently, we are seeking team members for our Downtown Vancouver locations:
– FT Afternoon Concierge – Schedule may include Saturday and Sunday
– PT Weekends mornings and afternoons

-Provide superior customer service to residents
-Understanding and enforcing strata bylaws, policies and procedures
-Addressing and helping residents with complaints and concerns
-Manage access controls, report unusual activities and occurrences
-Proactively respond and resolve emergency situations and conflicts, independently
-Effectively communicate problems or concerns to the Management team
-Able to interact with a variety of clients (residents, trades, contractors, strata)
-Answering phone calls and receiving packages when required.
-Interior and exterior patrols as required, including but not restricted to parking lots, stairwells, hallways, common area facilities
-Providing detailed reports such as incident reports
-Experience as hotel front desk, reception, concierge or customer service
-Possess a great attitude, willingness to learn, quick thinking
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computers is a must
-Professional, Friendly and Reliable
-Dedicated team player
-Willing to learn!
