The Administrative Assistant must possess a professional demeanor, understand the importance of customer service, and be willing to take on any task that is asked of them Responsibilities:
• Quickly & efficiently answer multi-line phone system (8-lines) and direct incoming calls
• Perform routine keyboarding and filing duties; maintain Data Entry into customer database (Filemaker Pro)
• Responsible for overseeing job confirmations on Docusign App and setting up daily job folders
• Greet and assist guests and walk in clients
• Maintain & order office supplies as needed
• Perform all other office tasks
