Fayuca is a Mexican-inspired restaurant with a focus on Pacific landscapes. Drawing elements from the rugged coast of Baja California to the mountain meadows of Pemberton; From semi-arid Mediterranean regions to our northern coastal forests, we take a reckless approach to food and drink. We aim to source sustainable products, from ocean and land, local, foraged and respectfully farmed. Our food has no boundaries or predisposed ideas, as our world does not stop with geographical borders. Beverage program focus on artisanal beverages, natural wines with little to no manipulation, locally crafted beers and ciders, and a thoughtful cocktail program.
