Customer Service Representative (Call Center) – multiple positions available! (Downtown, lower mainland)

If you are a self-motivated individual, who enjoys resolving problems – this is the perfect opportunity for you!

· We are looking for result-driven Customer Service Agents
· Part-time and Full-time positions are available
· We handle a variety of online business’ inbound calls
· Located in Downtown, Vancouver – Melville Street (5 min walk to our Office from Burrard Station)
· We are open everyday including weekends; shifts include: (7:00AM – 3:00PM) or (9:00AM – 5:00PM)
· Starting wage is $17.00/Hour + commission

(AFTER 3 MONTHS = $18.00/hour
AFTER 6 MONTHS = $19.00/hour
AFTER 12 MONTHS = $21.00/hour
Etc… up to $22.00/hour)
+ commission!

Job Description and Responsibilities

· Answering or making calls to clients to address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
· Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
· Active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing difficult situations when needed.
· Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
· Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.

Skills Requirements

· Proficiency in English
· Previous experience in customer service
· Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal, professional phone voice
· Ability to perform under pressure and diffuse difficult situations
· Strong time management and decision making skills
· Ability to communicate and interact with a variety of people, both externally with customers and internally with company team members and other departments
· Ability to multitask
· Outgoing, friendly, compassionate personality
