Looking for an organized, personable, and responsible person to be our clinic manager at INSYNC PHYSIOTHERAPY CLINICS.

INSYNC PHYSIOTHERAPY are multiple award winning clinics providing Physiotherapy, Massage and Rehabilitation center with two clinic locations; one in Vancouver & one in North Burnaby. We provide one-on-one personalized Physiotherapy and Massage therapy services to help people overcome their aches and pains in order to connect with how they really want to move again. As award winning clinics, we help our clients get the results that they are looking for. Roles and Responsibilities

Lead a team of support / client care staff and healthcare professionals

Be an ambassador toward building and strengthen values of community, compassion and commitment towards excellence

Hire and train client care / support staff

Able to delegate tasks and responsibilities to client care / support staff

Motivational & leadership for client care / support staff

Assist with payroll / accounts receivables.

Collect and process payments.

Troubleshoot invoicing processes via various software programs

Fulfill daily accounting procedures

Invoice / submissions for WCB, MSP and ICBC patients through the online tools

Organizational skills for files and documents (electronic & paper).

Ensure computers and online programs in our paperless office are running smoothly.

Oversee Daily operations of the clinic

Coordinate the restock supplies & inventory.

Responsible for tracking and metrics of referrals

Communicate and coordinate with Lawyer’s requests for patient care

Create patient records.

Follow through with doctor’s reports

In charge of all client care / support staff work shifts and Health care team members holiday blocks and work schedules and locum coverage.

In charge of creating and managing front desk staff schedules to ensure full coverage of all shifts.

Help coordinate outside and in-house INSYNC PHYSIOTHERAPY events ( e.g.; Lecture series, seminars and company anniversary parties)


Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Leadership skills

Accounting Basics

Problem Solver


Fantastic organizational skills

Self-motivated & Goal Oriented

Competence in MS Excel and Word

Experience with Quickbooks and Jane app is a strong asset

Experience with WorkSafe BC, MSP and ICBC Teleplan billing is an asset
