Assistant Building Manager (City of Vancouver)

We are looking for a Part Time Assistant Building Manager for a downtown office building.
Previous experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

Covering manager duties, responding to the tenant requests, performing minor repairs and maintenance on building structure, components and equipments, carrying out basic janitorial work, etc.

The appliciant must have knowledge of work place safety and good interpersonal and communication skills. Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical/mechanical building system is an asset.

Normal work hours are 7:30 am to 11:30 am Monday to Friday but may need to respond to building emergencies with overtime pay.

Enchanced criminal record search will be done prior to hiring.
