What will you do?
As an Agile Scrum Master with our Downtown Vancouver client, you will:
•Support, motivate, and coach the team to deliver value to our customers.
•Listen, observe, and provide feedback to the teams to promote productivity and effectiveness.
•Remove impediments hindering the team’s delivery efficiency.
•Facilitate agile methodology within the team and organization flow including running Scrum ceremonies.
•Work with other scrum masters to shed transparency on the overall release progress.
•Help organize and moderate other meetings/events (PI Planning, DDD workshops,…).
•Support the team in identifying and overcoming roadblocks.
•Collaborate with scrum masters and coaches to support continual learning and promote the success of all teams.

How do you qualify?
To qualify for the Agile Scrum Master role with our Downtown Vancouver client, you must have:
•University degree or equivalent job-related experience.
•5+ years’ experience in an Agile environment.
•3-5 years’ work experience as a scrum master with development and cloud services teams.
•Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
•A Pragmatic “can do” attitude.

What additional experience do you bring?
To be considered for the Agile Scrum Master role with our Downtown Vancouver client, it’s beneficial to have:
•Knowledge of the German language.
•Experience in financial, treasury or similar domain.
