Seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant for full time work (Mon-Fri with occasional weekends / evenings). Would prefer candidate to have a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in the real estate industry.
Role will support two real estate agents and manage the day-to-day for their residential and commercial dealings.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
• Managing client inquiries
• Managing listings on MLS
• Assisting with CMA’s, open houses, and other events
• Performing basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks
• Preparing listing paperwork, marketing material, and documentation
• Assisting with social media and managing schedules
• Coordinating and corresponding with realtors, lawyers, notaries, mortgage brokers, etc.
• Implementing operational and communication flows (when required)
• Other duties as requested
An individual who is a focused professional with the ability to multitask and work as part of a team is the ideal candidate. A strong eye for detail with excellent written and verbal communications skills is mandatory. Experience with Microsoft Office, social media and Paragon is a must.
